“I highly recommend Columbia NW Heating & Air Conditioning and here’s why. After 21 years of flawless performance and only routine maintenance my Trane XE1000 failed to cool my house in late June. I called Columbia NW and scheduled an appointment to trouble shoot the unit. Two days later Nick Jones arrived to take a look. Within 15 minutes Nick had the problem diagnosed. Low Freon charge. During the preparation to leak seal and recharge the unit Nick was very professional and friendly. Being an involved home owner I asked Nick a number of questions about A/C systems and future replacement. He was informative and enthusiastic about various choices without using any of the scare tactics. He also answered questions concerning the heater, water heater, and told me about the Reme-Halo Air Purification System. Water Heater Installation in St. Helens, OR 97051

“Called Columbia NW for we knew we were on borrowed time on a gas water heater that was original to when the house was built.. Talked with a wonderful rep Tabatha on the phone and do to COVID 19 I was able to email pics to them and have a new gas water heater and installed within 3 days..Jake our professional installer was awesome..He let me know what he was going to do and when he was going to do it..Jake also explained the new water heater and what to watch for if there was going to be any problems in the up coming days and to call and they would be right out.. Luckily no issues and everything is fine..Just wanted to say Thanks for helping us in this strange time..”

This was great service!

Charles and Jose came out and installed an air conditioning unit in the upstairs of our house. They were terrific! They were on time, communicated with us often and clearly and did the job quickly, cleaned up afterwards and explained how to use the system. This was great service!
