Everything was neat and tidy when they finished

Charles and Nathan showed up on time and performed the removal and installation of a new furnace and hot water heater very fast. They were careful to keep me informed as to what they were doing as they progressed. Everything was neat and tidy when they finished and Charles explained the operation of the new thermostat to both of us. They even left me the empty box from the hot water heater for our Great Grand Kids to play with. -William L

I was told that because they were so busy that they would not be able to get to me until the next day. An hour later, Brad was knocking at my door, and had my A/C unit running in about 45 minutes. He explained EVERYTHING to me, and gave me some valuable information to keep the unit running efficiently. The company is local, knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. Needed to have a new heat pump and furnace installed at our house due to our old heat pump failed. Jake J. was our install tech. He showed up punctually at 9:00 am for the install. He thought it might be a day and half job, but he and a couple others that showed up later in the day got everything done by 5:00 PM. I was especially thrilled that I got one day service after receiving the proposal because Columbia was two weeks out on scheduling(Thanks Dan). Something came up that freed up Jake to come next day for the install. As I write this 4 days later, it’s 100 degrees outside so you can imagine how I’m feeling right now in an AC”d home.
