“Yesterday we had our air ducts cleaned along with a dryer vent. Mark was the technician that came out to perform the service. He was very professional, hard-working, with an enjoyable demeanor. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing before he started the process and also as we did the walkthrough to show me what he had done after he provided the service. He also told me about the Reme Halo purification system. We are interested to hear about it and are considering purchasing a unit. Having Mark in our home was a very pleasant experience. I will no doubt contact Columbia NW Heating and Air Conditioning in the future for any of our heating and AC issues. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody needing their services!
