“I hadn't used my gas fireplace insert for years as it had a rattle when the fan came on. NW Gas came out to verify the gas connections were working properly and referred me to Columbia NW and I am happy they did. I scheduled an appointment and was impressed with the follow up I received including an email when Mihye was on her way to my home and I could track her arrival! She arrived on time and was very professional and pleasant to have in my home. She took my insert apart and cleaned all the dust and mites, putting it back together and now there is no rattle and I can again use my insert. I want to thank Mihye and Columbia NW for the excellant maintance and piece of mind I have in using my gas insert!! I would recommend Mihye's work to anyone needing help!”
