Needed to have a new heat pump and furnace installed at our house due to our old heat pump failed. Jake J. was our install tech. He showed up punctually at 9:00 am for the install. He thought it might be a day and half job, but he and a couple others that showed up later in the day got everything done by 5:00 PM. I was especially thrilled that I got one day service after receiving the proposal because Columbia was two weeks out on scheduling(Thanks Dan). Something came up that freed up Jake to come next day for the install. As I write this 4 days later, it’s 100 degrees outside so you can imagine how I’m feeling right now in an AC”d home.
