“I picked Columbia NW to do HVAC replacement at our house in Oct'2023 due to competitive pricing, good reviews and above all the inputs provided by sales consultant Dan Schillereff. Even though I worked with him after 9 months of initial quote he was kind enough to honor it. I had an auxillary gas furnace and heat pump combination installed by Columbia NW Heating and was pleased with the overall service. I was particularly impressed by the work of KC Werner and the other gentleman in the installation team, addressing all of my requests and performing a quality job. Even though the location of heat pump was not a convenient one, Dan with KC and the third person were able to lift the whole unit & place it where it needed to be.
Columbia NW was fantastic to work with. I highly recommend them and I will be using them to replace our other system next year.”
