I was told that because they were so busy that they would not be able to get to me until the next day. An hour later, Brad was knocking at my door, and had my A/C unit running in about 45 minutes. He explained EVERYTHING to me, and gave me some valuable information to keep the unit running efficiently. The company is local, knowledgeable, fast, and friendly.
